Pricing per mailbox
You pay for the mailboxes that receive contacts: €13 a month covers up to 15, and each extra mailbox costs less the more you have. For businesses in the EU. Prices excl. VAT. There is a 14-day free trial and no lock-in.

You pay €13 for the first 15 mailboxes and then the level's price for each additional mailbox. Pay every six months and save 10%. Above 2,500 mailboxes we make a custom quote.

The calendar add-on comes on top of contacts and costs 30% of their price. With 245 mailboxes, for example, you never pay more than for 250.
Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with all features for up to 50 mailboxes, and no credit card is needed. To continue, you choose a subscription in the portal before the trial ends. If you don't, ModernSync removes the contacts and calendars it has added to your mailboxes.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. You can stop at any time in the portal and choose whether the synced contacts are removed or stay on the phones.
How are we invoiced?
By invoice, monthly or every six months. Paying every six months gives 10% off. Card payment is coming soon.
Which mailboxes count?
The mailboxes that receive contacts. The portal shows the current number, and test runs cost nothing.
